In just a few weeks, RTR Spay and Neuter will host our next large‑scale clinic — a life‑changing event for animals and families across Roatán. These clinics are more than medical days; they are moments of hope, compassion, and community coming together for a kinder island.

Every clinic reduces suffering, prevents unwanted litters, and gives animals a chance at a healthier life. Many of the dogs and cats we treat have never seen a veterinarian before. Some are rescued from the streets. Others belong to families who love them deeply but cannot afford care.

This is why RTR exists — and why your support matters.

Our May clinic will serve hundreds of animals, but we can only do that with the help of donors who believe in prevention and compassion. RTR is 100% donor‑funded, and every contribution directly supports surgeries, medications, supplies, and the volunteer teams who make it all possible.
