Elaine Curtis Learning Center
"We had a great experience with RTR Spay and Neuter, the group coming in to do a spay and neuter clinic at the Elaine Curtis Learning Center. They left the space in excellent condition. It was a blessing to the community to be able to have the cats and dogs treated. They provided everything that was needed and cleaned up very well when they left. I would recommend having them do this in any community. It definitely helps with the animal population."
